What if my product is damaged?
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, even damage to the box, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If you’re unable to open the package during delivery but suspect damage, write “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to crystalscustomcrafts57@gmail.com and we will process an immediate replacement or compensation (usually within 2 business day).
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel any order for a 100% refund before it has shipped out. Please notify us immediately at crystalscustomcrafts57@gmail.com if you would like to cancel your order. Once the order has shipped, it is subject to our 15-Day Return Policy.
How do I know when my order will ship?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email confirmation credit card authorisation and shipping/billing information.
We will immediately process your order and you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped once it leaves the warehouse.If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day.
We take great measures to ensure all products listed on our website are in stock, but often times items can quickly sell out due to high demand.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Depending on the brand, orders may ship out the same business day or take up to 5 business days to ship. On rare occasions order shipment may take longer due to unforeseen delays or procedures.
